Also if I were you I wouldn't bet my whole career on getting a full-ride scholarship. The probability of getting one is simply very hard as an International Applicant.

I know it's not 'technically' the best or whatever, but US has merit. A degree from US, esp. from a top public or Ivy school will forever trump over any other country's average canidate

So a good education- that's practical - US is the move
Europe- feeds a lot of knowledge- half of the shit you won't ever use - half half merit. EU lacks top schools - and theyre not easy to get into/not straightforward
