Several reasons:
1. Black men are by far the most likely to pursue relationships outside their race, and if you are not super interested in black women (such as myself) this makes it so that your pool of dating is smaller and each foid you try to smash has been hit on by more men which means she is more hypergamous and more likely to reject you
2. Black women are the most hypergamous out of all women. They routinely have multiple baby daddies and so are much more likely to share a guy. That means that they are pushing a lot of black men to pursue relationships with other women. They are also more likely to permeate their hypergamous instincts into the populations of non-black women.
3. Probably the most obvious of all points, their malignant criminal behavior reduces the trust in a culture making it so that people are usually more in edge and less likely to give someone a chance, more likely to take the safe way out of a situation. For a woman, meeting a guy on a dating app or giving a guy her number can feel like an intimidating thing to do sometimes and so the lack of trust and social capital is likely to hinder your chances of succeeding in such interactions
