Big cities in Eastern Central Europe have very high quality of living with many job opportunities and excellent safety, no immigrant related crime whatsoever. Prague, Warsaw, Budapest, Bratislava. Or since you are German, Vienna.

But the capital cities have life quality on par with the most developed countries. In some cases even surpassing them, like Vienna has been chosen as the world’s most liveable city for multiple years now, but Prague is also in the top

Bucharest is also a solid choice. It has something like 110% of the EU’s average GDP capita, it’s a 2 million big city with a strong economy.

Zagreb is okay economy wise, but is much smaller, I personally wouldn’t live there

Sofia is too much on the periphery of Europe and Bulgaria has the biggest percentage of gypsies out of any country, ew

Serbia is not in the EU and is very poor. I wouldn’t ever think about living in Belgrade, but the city does have a very good night life scene, it worths a visit.

Understandable, I’m also like this, I want to live with whites. Regardless, Hong Kong, Singapore, Seoul and Taipei are all very good choices with high quality of living and similar safety level as Europe.
