I'm moving into a new place soon, a house in a decent area.

Need cheap ways outfit the house for maximum status boost when have people over. Value is key.

Also stuff can get in the house that make it easier and more exciting for girls to come over.

Any good storage tips to keep it from getting messy, lifehacks for houses, shit to buy etc.

Any good room design and house design stuff for maximum performance/productivity?

Basically gonna be like the sims but trying to design for optimum survival and reproduction potential (for cheap as possible) - that sounds retarded but it's accurate.

Cheers and tips appreciated of shit you guys found exponentially helpful for yourselves

Let's The Sims this shit but in an optimised, valuable way. Then can all learn tips for how to impress when we bring people back to our places. Best bang for buck status maxxers.

For example - Having a cool sculpture with a story that could attach a story Demonstrating Higher Value to (that's the bone from the farm I volunteered at - was chasing down a bull to get it back into it's yard and encountered this bone along the way.)

One Idea would be to buy some trophies, achievement awards that could DHV with and tell a story about, (that can't be verified). Some like obscure fighting competition.

Buy some cool looking, easily accessible boxes for storage? Some cool cheap tech shit that looks amazing?

Some kind of feng shui waterfall bonsai shit for a decent price (would look sick)

Cheap fake plants to make room look all cool and green and foresty (studies show great for mental health)
