should i move into the country side or suburbs?

i tbh still want to stay near the city cause of my career. (jewish industry)

but living rurally doesn't sound too bad, you can shoot guns, less crime, less pollution of all forms, u can hunt, farm etc

im gonna tell my mom that im gonna list her house up for sale, she wants to anyways

but i also want to get my family some profit and invest

so what should we do with the money besides buy another house?

i want to invest it into another asset like a house and rent it out but i don't think we'll get enough money to buy 2 houses, one to rent and one to live in.
