Moving to Europe for uni(eucels gtfih)

I potentially can move abroad for uni, currently live in Canada.

I have a large amount of family in Iceland my dads whole side of family, I also have family in Scandinavia and northern southern Germany.

I can speak English, French, and Icelandic and can learn another language probably within a year to a high level.

Where should I go, should I go to somewheres where I’m exotic or somewheres where I fit in.
