MSDO Practioners

Does anyone know of any good MSDO practioners? Possibly, one who does MSE and MSDO together. Unfortunately, I can't get IMDO since I don't have an underbite.

I searched past posts and couldn't find anything.

I know there is Dr.Chamberlin, but he is in Canada.

I guess you won’t really qualify for MSDO as well, as you are saying you would need MSE too.

By the way, you could get an underbite simultaneously to distractors placement, by getting a Le Fort 1.

But again, both approaches seem a bit too much only for cosmetic purposes. In my opinion.
