Mse after lefort 1 possible?

I had double jaw surgery almost a year ago, at that point I had no idea about mse. I have a 34mm imw and both my upper and lower arches match so I'd obviously need MSDO as well. Is it possible to still get MSE after a lefort 1? I've heard conflicting things.

Multiple reasons tbh. I have a slightly long midface (lip lift helped this a bit) increasing my zygo width would not only make my cheeks pops but give an illusion of a shorter midface. Increasing my mouth width, I have a small mouth. And the biggest reason I want a wider smile, I have large buccal corridors and barley 8 teeth showing and only when I do a huge smile. Me only having a 34mm imw I think 10mm expansion with MSE to 44mm would be HUGE for me.

Due to your previous bimax MSE can be used but it works differently. It wouldn’t widen the zygomas. Plates would have to be removed and a SARPE cuts made. So it would be a SARPE but with the MSE device.

yes it's possible, @Slayerino will get MSE, surgical jaw expansion and bimaxillary osteotomy. all this stuff in 6 months
