my upper maxilla and infraorbitals are recessed (vertical cheek line, lower scleral show, eye bags). I’m planning on getting lefort 1. Been having bite issues that Invisalign didn’t fix (top teeth eclipses bottom 80%~ if I bite down all the way) and TMJ pain.

If I get lefort 1 + midface implant from infraorbitals to basically lefort 1 line and cheekbone implants to bring rest of face forward, can it give the appearance of a cheek line parallel to nose and eliminate lower scleral show and eye bags? Can the maxilla be moved forward enough mm for this angle to be achieved or is there some limiting factor? Roughly how many mm would be required? Is this a procedure that can be done at once I’ve found very little on this combination online. I was also considering mandibular implants for ramus/chin and or genioplasty.

Also would moving the maxilla that far forward and achieving a cheek line parallel to nose make the nose look weird?
