mse alternative?

i have a narrow palate so im thinking of getting mse but everyone is saying it causes asymmetry, should I get rpe, mse, biobloc etc...
what is the best for aesthetics and to fix my narrow palate.

thumb pulling I suppose. I tried it out when the dentist said my wisdom teeth wouldn't have enough room and they all managed to squeeze in, haha fuck you dentist

the surgical cut is there to eliminate asymmetry

another important thing regarding MSE or SARPE is that if your face has a good/optimal width now, then the procedure likely would make it a bit wider & therefore that would be suboptimal
