should I get MSE at almost 17? I have a deviated septum and always mouth breathe at night. I read that MSE also helps with that because it expands the nasal cavity. I also really want to get it for aesthetic purposes.

Yes mse is worth it if your not paying

it's really not great for aesthetic purposes, it widens the nasal base, causes asymmetry, and doesn't address the mandible.
