MSE At 20

I’m considering looking for MSE at 20 and am wondering if what I’m expecting it to do is what it would actually do: Wider maxilla, more prominent cheekbones, better upper lip, wider mouth

My main concern is that I’m 20 years old and the effects would to be too minimal and not be worth it.

how far into the process are you? I already completed the 6mm expansion. Im yet to determine where those mms went but I know some decent percentage went to flaring my teeth which isn't a huge deal IMO (maybe ill change my mind somewhat down the line). we are still expanding the lower and working on the anterior saggital increase atm. hby

Bro i didnt start the treatment i am planning to do it soon coz most of the time during mse the expnsion is in the midpalatal suture where as in biobloc it can improve other parts of face especially the region around the eyes

I have seen that yeah. but its not always noticeable. There are many reasons to go with a removable expander of a custom marpe or something but one of them is that mse's decrease the saggital length of the palate which is opposite of what we want.

Yea i just saw a post about that in ig.do u see any improvement around the eyes after biobloc

yeah a little difference. not as large as surgery
