Nobody can say for certain, because it is a new procedure and it is not the kind of thing with an extensive record of being performed on adults. Adult MSE is fairly new and fairly experimental at this stage.

This is such a new and experimental procedure on adults that no one can confidently say that a side effect like increased asymmetry would never happen if done "properly". It seems intuitive that you cannot eliminate the possibility of increased asymmetry on faces that start out to varying degrees asymmetric.
