Mse day 4

First of all sorry for not posting yesterday i was sleeping at my friends house so i also just turned it 1 time yesterday and 3 times today.
Having way less pain after turns, just for 1-2 minutes and way less then before.
I can kinda see my zygos being pushed out a little if i take a pic from the bottom of my face, no big visual changes though.
Speaking is getting so easy but eating is still bad since my teeth are lose and in pain when i put just the tiniest bit of pressure on them.
Still eating yogurt, ramen and pumpkin soup.
Lost 2 Kilos in 4 days idk how, im at like 1300 calories a day and also doing cardio, burned 1000 calories through cardio today.
A little tooth gap is forming, nothing big though

You won't have major or almost any aesthetic benefits from an mse, it just widens your palette, the "it pushes your zygos out" is in theory true but in practice barely visible aesthetics wise, it won't widen ur face
