MSE effects

Getting MSE then braces at 16. Got a narrow palate and brutal 6teeth smile with most likely a narrow airway.

Besides the fixes on the smile, teeth alignment and airway what changes could I expect from the procedure?

Ortho also said the expansion will likely be about 6mm.

It's not going to be comfortable, but the results will be worth it. A 6 mm expansion is fairly significant, so you could expect midface improvement and better overall facial symmetry. You will obviously expect better quality of life if you're struggling with medical or breathing issues. Good luck.
