Mse eye spacing

Can a mse make my inter canthal distance wider especially if im in puberty

What's your current ESR, ICD, and IPD? It's possible but I don't see how it'll just make only your inter canthal distance wider.

My ipd is 6,2 cm, icd is 3 cm, esr 47, face width 13 cm, face lenght 16 cm, at the age of 15

Yes, an MSE can slightly increase eye spacing because it expands the palate and midface which also may widen the area between the eyes.
Eye spacing shouldn´t be the main reason getting a mse tho.
