MSE+FM then MLF3 or MSE FM+ Bimax plus infraorbital implant. (Only go this far if you're extremely recessed and flat like me tho)

Why not first first MSE+FM, get as many mm as possible then get modifiied Lefort 3 with Some high bimax (idk but super bimax Can widen mandible by 11%)
Mathetmatics if everything will be more than great
MSE - 4mm to upper and power maxilla
Modifiied Lefort 3 - 7mm without bone grafts to upper maxilla
Bimax(depends) like 10mm to lower maxilla and max 22mm to mandible (genio+bsso/imdo)
Super bimax if you would get increase by 11% width
You Can get after ABSSO to get like 10mm and 4mm in the next year
Plus some great gonial angle, infraorbital and supraorbital implants

Together
11mm to upper maxilla
14mm to lower maxilla
22mm to mandible
Its the Best scenario and at this moment only way to fraud (not fix) downward growth.
