Finally got my mse installed. Paid for 100% by my families healthcare card. Tbh the pain on the first day was pretty unbearable. If you are getting a marpe, mse or fme prepare for some extreme pain while you wait for any pain meds to work. The pain for me eventually lessened after the first day.

Install was smooth, they 3d printed my mse and it fit perfectly. Numbing the area was pretty simple and overall had a great install experience. They put 4 screws in and told me to turn 1 time a day until the split.

I noticed some nose slimming even after the first day because I have some compression and inflation on the left side of my nose, I’m assuming the mse released some pressure and gave my nose a more slim look which I’m extremely happy with.

First time ever putting pics of me (even if I’m covered up)

You can see the nose slimming effect and I can assure you this isn’t lighting

Definitely looks the alar base and bridge have gotten less swollen. I can tell this is going to look very good. how much mm are you expanding?

Thanks. I see myself expanding 4-6. Not 100% sure before the split though
