MSE/MARPE questions

Hey yall, just went to the ortho tdy to get a look at my palate/bite. I asked for a marpe and he said he could definitely do it and get 5-7mm of expansion but doesn’t believe it’s worth it because he thinks i want it for sleep apnea lmao. But, would these mms effect my looks enough for it to be worth it ? Would take 18 months and braces after obv

Yes also keep in mind that after 4mm the nose width increases (I think )
But mse is only worth it if you have palatal deformities
