mse nose changes

i wonder if alar base reduction would help to reduce the nose base expansion caused by mse or not? anybody here has any idea?

It can cause a nose change and it might not.

it’s not guaranteed it will

multiple users have gotten Mse and said it didn’t affect their nose whatsoever
