MSE + nosejob?

I might get MSE soon however I would be paying for it, problem is I don't have an death tier narrow palate but it is still narrow to the point my tongue cannot fit and rest on my upper palate. If I get MSE I also have an government covered sept rhinoplasty likely on the way considering my nose is very very crooked and I cannot breathe through it, my idea is to get MSE while I'm waiting for my nosejob which is around an year then I can get rid of the tyrone nose. But my question is I do not know what to do, anyone that could help me out I'll give an solution and rep, thanks.
