MSE or MASPE + bow headgear

If my palate is narrow and midface recessed, should I get MASPE or MSE?

Both procedures in conjunction with bow headgear, but which and why?

I have concerns about IPD increase and potential facial imbalances.

Would the bow headgear improve midface projection and induce CCWR?

And bow headgear is better than the usual headgear because of the reciprocal force being applied to the chest and forehead instead of the chin and forehead? (Potentially recessing the chin)

And would the duration of MASPE x the bow headgear = more forward midface and CCWR? Or is it equal to MSE?

And does MASPE also expand zygos?

And also which is better if the following procedure is double jaw surgery with CCWR?
