MSE or RME for wider face?

I used to struggle with crowded teeth from narrow palate, and last year I got braces to straighten them. I still have my braces and my teeth are now straight but I want to widen my face because my face is too narrow. Which one should I get in order to widen my whole face and not the teeth? Do MSE and RME have the same results or different?
