i’m stuck between either saving my mandible or widening my maxilla. so basically i have a slightly recessed maxilla (i will add pictures) and too fix it i need a twin a block appliance, but my palate is too narrow and i need mse because i have difficulty breathing and it ruins my fwhr. and im not sure which one to choose because im 15 and the mandible usually stops growing at 16, but the maxilla sutures also fully close around this time. so let me know which one i should choose

no hate brother but you have no fucking clue what your talking about, twin block is for advancement of the lower jaw (mandible) if your maxilla is recessed (as i can see from the photo) you need MSE or MARPE or if its fully fused you need SARPE

i wasn’t talking about advancing my maxilla i was talking about advancing my mandible which is exactly why i wanted a twin block appliance. secondly what makes you even think my maxilla is recessed looks just fine to me imo
