Mse palate expand eligible?

When I wasnt blackpilled I had braces and I got them off a bit ago I have a slight long skull and mid face i want to know what you need to be eligible for palate expander and know if it will either fuck u up or make u ascend

And what do I ask my ortho for these things for aesthetic purposes
