I think you meant 1-2 mm. Mse wont increase your pfl. Pfl can only be increased by widening or shaving the orbits.

Even if it did it would not be enough to make any significant difference unfortunately. Orbit shaving is good for increasing pfl and tripod. But tripod focuses on the zygos and also Invasive and expensive.

It does but mse results are not aesthetically pleasing coz of the drop down effect

Maxilla increases its vertical length due to resistance from other bones.it also moves forward slightly maybe 1-2mm.some people get gummy smile after their mse treatment
