the problem here is not ur ipd but ur zygo width. 65mm is ideal for most dimorphic males

1.05 midface ratio, 1.5 fwhr, my maxilla is wide but my zygos non-existent (at least they are high set so i have positive canthal tilt but the lack of the under eye support gives me borderline scleral show, like any less and i have scleral show)

No, it won’t. My IPD barely changed, if at all.

Overall, your ESR will usually decrease ever so slightly.
Negligible though.

Almost all changes are to the lower Maxilla portion.
Sometimes swelling, and soft tissue adaptation gives the illusion of significant changes in the upper region. It will subside with time, though.
