I haven't noticed cheekbone changes yet but I noticed a gap between my front 2 teeth, it's gettin bigger every other day lol and My breathing has improved slightly.

Keep us posted. How many mms of expansion are you going for? And how are you planning on maintaining a good occlusion - did you start off with a crossbite or are you tilting molars?
