Got a long narrow midface recessed maxilla

16 yr old with narrow palate

Ortho ordered MSE (He said no to FME)

Differences between MSE&MARPE on facial aesthetics?? Researched and still confused

Also should I ask for MARPE instead

mse is a marpe
marpe is the category, there is no expander called “marpe”
and your ortho is right about declining fme at 16
