Same price, my doctor has experience with both methods. He offered me SARPE with a small cut. No general anesthesia, just topical – it’s easy to do. He doesn’t like MSE much because soft tissue might grow over the appliance and affect healing. He says, “it’s the same thing, but SARPE with a small cut gives better results.” I don’t know, what do you think?
