Because MSE is all you need. After the expansion, you can just tip the teeth to form a proper bite, no need for such an unaesthetic and scarce procedure like MSDO

Not in the way you imagine, I've done it. It can even make asymmetry worse and lower one side if you have maxillary can't.

Just take my word for it. I may make a post about how I think MSE had astroturfed marketing (I still went through it knowing that there's the chance if it being just that.)
