Im thinking about asking my orthodontist about getting a MSE, I have decently narrow palate, plus my face is also narrow. I have braces at the moment so that could be a plus since I know that MSE gives a tooth gap. Does anyone know how much it widens the nose, if at all? Any negatives to looks besides that?

There's none, I'm looking into SAMARPE right now since I'm making a guide debunking Palate Expanders, but the information doesn't look promising for aesthetics.

yea most of the people you see on tiktok about it usually either literally got bimax, or just went through puberty
