She guessed it was 7-8mm. I'd say 8-10mm looking at it, it's a spectacular result. MSE has been shown to produce a 1-3mm expansion of the zygomas IIRC, so not enough to make most faces look wide at all.

Shit, I didn’t get this. Your MSE results highly depends on how recessed your mandible is. Wish I could have gotten such spectacular results.

You have to plan for SFOT if you have a crap mandible.
