"Your palate has a perfect U shape, its a perfically healthy palate"

As we talk more after arguing on my favor, he asked me:
"Why do you want to take just a """"DRASTIC MEASURE"""" I HIT THE INSTA CAGE AND LAUGH IN THIS JEWS FACE
I rant to this nigga on how my palate is clearly narrow, i have shit sleep and feel like shit even after getting quality 8 hours sleep MY tongue cannot EVEN rest against the roof of the mouth, it drops backward during my sleep, causing breathing problems during my sleep.
And guess what he replied?
