This image is helpful for hyperpigmentation. These are the different ingredients that effect different parts of the melanin cycle. Theoretically combining them could bleach your skin. Don't use hydroquinone as it is toxic and mequinol as its a hydroquinone derivative so therefore toxic aswell.

The ingredients that are good from that list : Retinoids, potentially n acetyl glucosamine, arbutin, koljic acid, azelaic acid, liquorice , niacinamide, ascorbic acid (vitamin c), a-tocopherol (vitamin e)
