These supps lighten your skin? i would think only stuff you actually apply to your face/skin is going to have any significant effect.

MSM hasn't lightened my eyes yet but it does work for skin tone

It lightens skin which is why I take it. It lightening eyes could potentially happen as well.
 
It lightened my hair a bit too, like pretty noticeably in sunlight

I've been taking it for like 4 months and yeah it's like 2-3 shades lighter. Upping my dose to 4g brought results. I might even go up to 5g

Dude thnx for reminding me. My eyes went from Brown as shit to Brown being surrounded by yellow being surrounded by Grey. Nac msm and vit C works

Was on 10g msm crystals and 3g vitamin c tablets. Now I take around 5g msm and 3g vitamin c.

My eye colour is similar to Ronaldo but I don't have any green around the edges like he does.
