Mt-2 question

So I’m gonna begin to inject mt-2 next week since that’s when summer starts, and I’m wondering what I do for the rest of the day when I’m not tanning. Obviously since it’s summer I’m gonna be out all day in the sun but with mt-2 you can’t tan too long or else you’ll turn ethnic. How do I manage this?
