MT1/2 or Sunbeds

I live in the uk and it’s like 0-1uv making it impossible to tan.

I’ve been using Sunbeds 2-3x a week and it’s gradually working but I don’t want my skin to age.

Would it be smarter to just use MT2 and not use the Sunbeds as it tans you anyway + I wouldn’t have a 100 UV raping my face on the sunbed.. would that work ?

Also MT1 or 2 which is best

I thought so. Pretty sure mt1 is prescription only so MT2 will have to do

mt1 better, do small doses 3x a week and tanning bed after for like a month. will see insane results
