Title, i already have alot of birthmarks and i wanna get them removed, im scared that i will get more... what do i do? Is it worth it?

Im gonna try and get that for my birthday... but i won't be more prone to it since i already have alot right? Else it would be a waste.

Ive heard about people getting moles from mt2 so maybe but idk
