Mt1 + Isotret risks

Are these worth running together? Mainly concerned about the photosensitivity from the isotret combined with the effects of mt1.
Only on a fairly low dose (20mg) isotret so shouldn't be a huge deal but worth due diligence asking.

yes, its also winter where i live in Australia, so UV only reaches 4-5 max.
