all mt does is boost tanning so its the same as normally going outside, your melanin production is just siginificantly boosted so you'lll tan way faster. if you take it just go outside but dont stay out for too long without sunscreen. if you dont have the money or scared of getting cancer from being out too long eat foods with high beta carotene and go for walks daily
