i did that for about a month like 200mcg before bed its fucking cope i just go to sunbeds for like 10 mins and take like 500-800mcg right before tanning.
but i do that rarely because it fucks your skin i just use it for my body
for face just selftanner

oh now i meant i also tan my face in the sunbed but i mostly do it for the body because for my face i use selftanner to get better contrast

no maintenance dose just using it before sunbeds because i realized my moles got darker if i inject evryday and i dont really like that

You need it on mt1 don't need a lot at all on mt2

Its called bali bronze But I don't know if it's available in your country.
