How much mt2 should i take to get a natural tan and not be a lobster

Mt1 dosent make any sense for me bcs there is no sun in germany anymore and im pale so it takes way to long

I took 500mcg for 3 days, no results. fourth day i got so fucking dark i changed races and had to wear sunglasses for 2 weeks everytime i left my bedroom because my eye area got so fucking dark. not worth it. stick to lose doses until you see results
