ok so i live in the netherlands and there is some sun here and there but its always insanely low uv im talking like 2-1 UV, but i wanna get tan so how do yall suggest i dose my mt2? do i only take it on days where the sun is out and do i take it daily and how much should i take (realistically), im planning to order around 10mg (gotta pay overpriced price since i cant buy from a grey source ),

there are several guides on this, dosage depends entirely on how pale you are naturally.

i started w 50mcg then every 2 tanning sessions i increased by 25mcg

its the safest way to ensure no new moles,freckles or side effects like bad nausea/flushing

some people begin with like 250mcg but i wouldn't recommend

right now i'm at 125mcg and im almost at the desired tan i want, however i got a bunch of freckles because im prone to them so it is what it is

something like this would be good:

100mcg
100mcg
125mcg
125mcg

and so on

yes, you’re correct, but it can still depend on the Person.

what do you mean with tanning days i dont have access to a sunbed and theres barely any sun here

would going outside count as a tanning session or do i actually have to get sunlight on me, i assume that using mt2 going outside should be enough right
