i was an idiot and immediatly started using 250mcg, i got the flush for like 30 minutes to an hour, i definently see an increase of moles on my face but that's mainly because i started using so much so fast. I only stopped because its winter and im a lazy fuck and dont feel like tanning in the cold. will 100% be using it again in the spring tho

Ye I’m on Accutane currently gonna be off it in the next month or two so I’ll wait around 4-6 months before I get on it still need to do a lot more research tho

Moles would occur irrespective of whether you load, how would the mechanisms of MT1/MT2 change if you did a loading dose? Either way, they would cause MC1R agonism which is the reason for your moles. You are just attributing it to no loading dose.
You don't know what you're talking about. The only argument you could make is that your MC1R were more sensitive to the MT2 given you went in gung ho at 250mcg, but in reality, that would not change the fact that moles would appear with MC1R agonism regardless.

Retinoids are not a contraindication for MT1/MT2 use, if anything, that's all the more reason you should use MT1/MT2 so that you can mitigate UV exposure while you are more photosensitive.

Both of you should be versed in these peptides before you start to offer advice on them.

retinoids like tret thin the top layer of the skin and while on mt2 could cause uneven skin tone.

I'm saying this because I used mt2 while using tret and it caused uneven skin tone

Yeah, isotretinoin is also a retinoid:
no you can use it with accutane, low dose. not topical tret tho
So what nuance means you can use MT1/MT2 on isotretinoin, but not tretinoin? There is none, you just don't know shit. Stop arguing with me.

Regardless, if tretinoin is to 'thin' the top layer of the skin (highly likely to be bullshit given there are anecdotes that say it thickens/thins the skin at similar durations of use), how would that cause uneven skin tone? Melanogenesis is to occur to all skin cells, regardless of whether some areas are quicker exfoliated or not.
You are wrong, end of story.

Good for you, your anecdote is NOT evidence. Stop relying on it to make your claims.

I was being slammed in a few other post's, thats where i got that information from. i was called a retard for using that much, and thats why i had such an influx in moles. So i just kind of assumed that me using 250mcg off the rip was the cause. clearly you know what you are talking about and i apologize, and i thank you for informing me.

All good.
Disregard what people that spout shit like that say, they are just going off extremely rudimentary and often incorrect information because MC1R agonism is not very well studied, but that doesn’t change the fact that what they’re saying is definitively wrong.
