200mcg almost everyday, only tanned from my usual outside exposure. Never went out of my way to tan. But I live in uv8 weather so keep that in mind.

Now I do 200mcg 1-2x a week to maintain. Sometimes less

For reference I’m really pale naturally dark hair but I don’t burn and tan easily

Only negative was nausea in the beginning, but it’s honestly not bad , just take it with food and you will be good to go .

Moles are very common on MT2 . I get a few new ones but they arent alot and are spotless unless paying close attention. However i think for it to cause cancer one would have to have a rare genetic disease in which the MT2 would just amplify that .

Its just that having moles is a risk for cancer, the more moles the more risk because the can become malignant.
