MT2, please help me man

i need some actual advice not from a shit load of greys on how much to pin as a safe dosage and how many days a week that wont cause really cause moles or fuck up my colouring. also if my colouring starts to go off track or my beauty marks get too dark, do i take a break from it till it calms down? and if so how long?
