Protocol: 500-1000mcg loading dose for 7 days or shade of tan achieved. Maintenance 500-1000 once per week

Mix: 1cc of Bacteriostatic water aka 100 units into thr vial
Dose: 0.3cc syringe 5 units for 500mcg and 10 units for 1000mcg aka 1mg
Cycle for 8 months on and 3-4 months off

seems okay. bit of a high dose for starting

i did 250mcg 2 weeks, 300 for one week, 350 for one and 400 for two.

and now maintenance dose of 500mcg and i get perfectly tanned by average UV Index of like 7-8 20 minutes per side

I followed this, but started at 100. Also, like he says, taper your UV exposure too. That's really important if you don't want to get skin cancer or moles.

Could be okay as well.

I had side effects like flush, new freckles and moles got darker as soon as i injected

wdym taper UV exposure?

For example:

Loading phase: tan 30 minutes per side
Maintenance or good color: maybe 15-20 minutes per side.

Just reduce your tanning sessions

yeah, but distilled water? should contain 0.09% benzyl alcohol for longer shelf life
