I am on 30mg daily accutane/isotret and vasodilation is huge looksmin.

Considering using MT2, but don't want to hop on beds to avoid darkening/prolonging PIE healing.

Is UV2/3 for an hour a day enough to stimulate meaningful tanning? If I titrate from 100mg to 250 gradually over a week or 2.

UV window and maximum will obviously rise with time but I am looking to improve colouring quickly.

You only need about 15-20 minutes of indirect sunlight to get effects, mt2 is a powerful peptide.

Even at low UV? Isn't broad spectrum required for deep tanning?

Also which of lycopene, astaxanthin and betacarotene aren't cope.

@Veridic, if I time my runs overlapping with peak UV. UV2 for an hour, or UV3 for an hour. Is this enough to prevent moles darkening and develop a tan?

Yeah low uv is enough, it basically just lowers the threshold needed to trigger tanning meaning even modest amounts will give you results.

If anything being outside too much can make you jeet looking, speaking from experience.

No it's not cope but they have their limits or you might end up looking orange.

Yes that's more than enough, but no you won't fully ever prevent mole darkening. It's just a common side effect even at low uv levels :Shruge:

So if developing a tan while UV is low 2/3 is better than waiting until summer? Then maintain and SPF with weekly injection.

@Veridic I've read that no UV exposure and MT2 is a cope, so I'm just wondering what the threshold for meaningful tanning is.

Also how significant is flushing? How long does it last?

Yeah it's way better, honestly I used to just inject and not even watch my uv exposure until I saw the desired tan I wanted, and then lower my dosages.

You're overthinking it a bit

You obviously need some sort of uv exposure lol.

I mean even standing next to a window is enough to get results.
