mt2 reconstitution help

This is my first time using peptides, so sorry if im a little bit retarded, i have a 10mg vial of mt2 and 10ml's of bac water, what are the best measurements to go by. and if you have used before, what is your dosage plan.

I was reading another form, and for someone with a 5mg viial they were reconstituting with 1ml. im just lost, im just gonna go to the big gpt
